What I learnt from "Teaching Sessions"

 

I didn’t know before that there is Google search, when I learned about it I started doing all my search with it, it reduce my time searching since it is very fast and helpful.

This teaching session helped me to know more about Gmail; I don’t know that I could chat with my friend instantly which is similar to msn, I can also use the camera and talk to them through a video which is similar to Skype.

I found out that Google document is very useful and that we can use it as a group member when we are doing projects together, that all members can access the document and add her share of the work; as we are doing it we can fix each other’s work. Google documents won’t only make it easier for us but will let us save time as they say “time is money”.

 

Google plus is a social network were you can add family and friends in your circle which is your personal profile. You can also post picture, video share links and invites people to know about

I used to edit my picture before with this program by changing the shadow and lighting. But I don’t know about the collage, and videos, know I can also do videos for my trips with my lovely friends and family.

 

I didn’t know before how to create my own blog, but now I enjoy doing it and putting my daily picture and any video that I want to share it with friends, and wait to see their lovely comments.

 

I have been using Google chrome from long time but I don’t know what was their feature but after the teaching session I found out that it’s make our life easier because it manages types of search that you need to in your daily life, it is also faster than other web browsers.

 

All the information’s I got for the teaching sessions were from Google Site without Google site I couldn’t have conducted my teaching section.

 

From Google calendar I learned how to organize my time especially that it has the reminder, I also like the feature were i can see my friends calendar so I know when they are free so we can hangout.

 

Before doing this project I used my "I-phones" map for direction to places, but after seeing Google map I noticed that it’s more accurate and much easier. From now on I will be using Google map for direction since it’s much easier.
